If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Because our products are consumable wellness products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s any issue at all, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll always do our best to help.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
